Orient Logic is an authorized Service Provider for APC, DELL, EPSON, HP and Oracle equipment and provides a wide range of services, including warranty and post-warranty services, as well as extended support for a large assortment of APC, DELL, EPSON, HP and Oracle products.

  •  Prompt and professional support for all delivered equipment is a keystone in cooperation with our customers.
 

Service & Support

  •  Warranty services – after-sales service for the equipment purchased from official dealers authorized to sell in Georgia.
  •  Technological support – contract-based services providing solution for problems related to hardware and software operability.
  •  Consulting – support in solving difficult problems related to hardware and software maintenance, configuration and upgrade. Vendors’ technical specialists can be engaged in consulting if necessary.
  •  On-site services – services at the equipment installation site, including equipment troubleshooting and repair.
  •  IT-outsourcing – possibility to engage Orient Logic specialists in a support division or any other customers’ technical division for any period of time.
  •  Technical training – training of customers’ specialists in using production equipment and IT-solutions.
